Kerala Education Expo — In collaboration with Reported TV and Micro Tech, Oppllo successfully conceptualized and executed one of the largest education expos in Kerala, setting a new benchmark in the industry. This large-scale initiative brought together over 20,000 participants and nearly 1,000 education experts, conducted across 10 districts with 10 major events. Oppllo managed the entire ecosystem end-to-end, including performance marketing, social media strategy, B2B partnerships, 360° marketing communication, event-driven registrations, and complete sales funnel development. Recognized as a peak-time, high-impact expo in Kerala’s education sector, this project showcased our ability to handle large-scale, multi-location campaigns seamlessly. Additionally, through our strategic marketing efforts, we successfully onboarded sponsors contributing to approximately ₹8 crore in revenue, facilitating multiple stalls and brand participation. Our marketing activities played a crucial role in attracting and converting sponsors into the event ecosystem. Beyond execution, we also delivered detailed planning and reporting frameworks, ensuring a highly structured approach. By integrating advanced, AI-driven data tracking systems, we built a transparent process that provided actionable insights to sponsors and partner teams, enabling them to access and utilize event data effectively.
