Our Three Step Process

MyG Institute of Technology

When myG Institute of Technology partnered with Oppllo in 2024, the brand had almost no digital footprint and no structured system for generating admissions. Across two years of continuous execution, we turned myG into one of Kerala’s most recognizable education brands — scaling reach from 1.6M to 106M+, growing yearly admissions past 300, and building a ₹1.95 Cr+ direct digital revenue engine with an 11.3x return on ad spend.

Overview

myG Institute of Technology came to Oppllo as a two-phase mandate: first build a credible digital presence and admissions engine from the ground up, then turn that foundation into a predictable, scalable growth system. What followed was a full annual marketing operating model — content, performance media, CRM, and brand partnerships — run and reported on a rolling yearly cycle.

2024 — The Starting Point

At the start of 2024, myG had minimal social presence, no consistent content system, and no way to track where admissions were actually coming from. Marketing activity was scattered across basic posters and occasional ads, with no unifying brand story or lead-generation structure connecting interest to enrollment.

2024 — Building From Zero

We rebuilt the brand from its foundations: introducing the Hexagonal Method positioning, relaunching the identity through the Setakam Smart Future Campaign, and securing an endorsement from actress Manju Warrier alongside the MD. A first-ever convocation program anchored the year, supported by influencer collaborations with Abhishad Guruvayoor, Basim Plate, and Kozhikkod to You, plus new podcast content, motion graphic ads, and Google My Business ads to strengthen local search visibility.

2024 executive summary — business generated, reach and engagement growth

2024 — Results

The rebuild generated ₹4.55 Cr in business, with reach climbing from 1.6M to 25M and engagement rising from 0.5% to 4.2%. Conversion improved by 8%, and the year closed with 455 admissions across 14 Kerala districts and Mahe on a total marketing spend of ₹22.13L — Kozhikode (36.5%) and Malappuram (16.9%) led enrollment, peaking in July and August around the convocation push. Instagram alone delivered 12.7M views and 5.6M reach (+308.6%), while Facebook reach grew over 1,000% to 3.1M.

2025 — Scaling The Growth Engine

With the foundation in place, 2025 shifted from awareness to a repeatable admissions system. We introduced quarterly agile planning reviews, built a CRM and WhatsApp lead infrastructure that grew a 23,000+ prospect database, signed actor Tovino Thomas as brand ambassador, partnered on Katha Ignite, and moved content production into AI-assisted video and recap series formats — all while keeping an always-on Meta brand-awareness layer and continued local SEO running in the background.

44+ posters, 10K+ viral organic reach — 2025 content performance

2025 — Results

The system delivered 306 admissions — 121 direct through digital channels and 185 brand-influenced — for ₹1.95 Cr in direct digital revenue at a 7.04x–11.3x return on ad spend. Total reach quadrupled from 25M to 106M, engagement climbed to 5.6%, and the wider brand ecosystem reached 1.06B+ impressions. Meta cost per admission settled at ₹14,259, with spend disciplined across 77.6% online, 18.4% offline, and 4.1% events.
